We are seeking a motivated, curious, and enterprising candidate to join our Operations Plant in Rovereto, TN, Italy.
As a Finishing Production Intern, you will initially support the Head of the Automated Finishing Area by analyzing key metrics to enhance departmental performance. The role involves gradually gaining autonomy in managing the reporting system and production data analysis (such as efficiency, quality, lead time, etc.), while developing managerial skills necessary for overseeing a complex production department.
Some responsibilities you will have:
* Production Data Collection: Utilize SAP for data gathering.
* Data Processing and Analysis: Interpret and analyze production results.
* Presentation: Present analysis findings to production managers.
* Support Production Management Activities: Model scheduling across various production lines, job allocation, and improvement analysis. Apply Lean Methodologies daily.
* Coordination: Interface with different area managers to optimize production flow.
* Collaboration: Work with departments related to production such as Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Health Safety & Environment, Human Resources, and Controlling.
* Improvement Identification: Identify actions to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety, regulatory requirements, and productivity.
