We are looking for a DFS Program Manager to lead and continuously improve this model across multiple European markets.
This role sits within Product Marketing / Aftersales and operates at the intersection of business, operations, systems, finance, supply chain, and suppliers.
You will act as a central coordinator and program owner, ensuring smooth DFS execution, strong system performance, and alignment across internal teams, markets, and partners — with a direct impact on customer experience, operational efficiency, and business growth.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Own the end‐to‐end DFS program, from strategy and roadmap definition to rollout and continuous optimization across markets
Ensure operational excellence across order management, logistics coordination, delivery performance, invoicing accuracy, and customer experience
Monitor DFS KPIs (lead time, delivery performance, backorders, cost‐to‐serve, revenue and margins) and drive corrective actions when needed
Act as business reference for Stellantis aftersales systems involved in DFS flows, with a strong focus on CSPS and connected platforms
Map, review, and optimize DFS processes in collaboration with IT and operational teams
Identify system or process gaps, propose improvements, and support testing and rollout of enhancements
Be the main point of contact for DFS suppliers on operational topics, performance reviews, catalogue alignment, and issue resolution
Support markets during DFS onboarding and adoption, including training and local process integration
Ensure consistency and accuracy of product data, pricing, and availability across participating countrie
Oversee the correct execution of the triangular invoicing model (Supplier → Stellantis → Customer)
Work closely with Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams to ensure compliance and financial accuracy
Support reconciliation activities and resolution of invoicing discrepancies
Identify opportunities to expand the DFS offer, improve service levels, and increase customer satisfaction
Conduct benchmarking and performance analysis to support strategic decisions
Drive cross‐functional improvement initiatives focused on lead‐time reduction, supplier performance, and digitalization
WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar
3–7 years of experience in Aftersales, Supply Chain, Program Management, Product Marketing, or related roles.
Experience in automotive or industrial B2B environments is a plus.
Comfortable working with complex systems and data‐driven processes.
Solid understanding of ordering flows, supplier integration, and logistics processes.
Familiarity with invoicing and financial flows (triangular models are a plus).
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with KPIs, Excel, and BI tools.
Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
