The PPI Specialist will ensure that productivity targets are met and PPI activities are effectively driven across the site, collaborating with SLT and other departments.Specific Activities:Support End-to-End Operational Excellence and foster a culture of continuous process optimization.Contribute to the site’s digital transformation strategy, influencing operational excellence in industry.Facilitate continuous improvement events such as Kaizen, VSM, and workshops to achieve efficiency and productivity goals.Act as an internal consultant to share and implement best practices.Assist in education and training on operational excellence principles.Monitor performance and participate in performance reviews.Education and Skills:Master's degree in Engineering, Sciences, Economics, or Business.At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with proven continuous improvement results.Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices.Over 2 years of project management experience, capable of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.Good knowledge of statistical tools.Experience with Digital Transformation and digital solutions is preferred.Languages:Fluent in English.Personality Traits:Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to influence across various organizational levels.Ability to establish positive relationships in a global organization.
