PpFor our own projects, we are looking for a MECHANICAL QUANTITY SURVEYOR /p h3MISSION /h3 pThe selected candidate will be responsible for managing all mechanical quantity surveying activities, ensuring accurate cost estimation, budget control, and contract management throughout the execution of a bio-refinery project. /p h3TASKS /h3 ul liPrepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for mechanical works, including piping, static and rotating equipment, HVAC, and relevant materials and labor. /li liManage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and provide cost control to prevent overruns. /li liConduct mechanical quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities for piping, steel supports, equipment installations, and related scopes. /li liEvaluate and certify subcontractor progress claims, variations, and payment applications for mechanical works. /li liSupport contract administration, including preparation, review, and negotiation of mechanical contract terms and conditions. /li liCoordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align mechanical cost control with project progress. /li liAnalyze project risks related to mechanical cost factors and propose mitigation measures. /li liPrepare periodic mechanical cost reports and forecasts to support management decisions. /li liEnsure compliance with project specifications, mechanical standards, and client requirements. /li /ul h3EDUCATION EXPERIENCE /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. /li liProven experience as a Mechanical Quantity Surveyor in Oil Gas, Petrochemical, Industrial, or Bio-Refinery projects. /li liStrong understanding of mechanical construction methods, piping systems, equipment installation, cost estimation, and contract administration. /li liProficiency in English and Italian is mandatory /li /ul h3OTHER DETAILS /h3 pLocation: Venice, Italy /p pbContract duration: 1 year /b /p pProfile Middle East upholds workplace equality and diversity, assessing candidates solely on merit and potential. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
