The Event & Project Management Specialist supervises local and global events and projects, coordinates suppliers, and ensures compliance with company standards. Supports the planning, organization, and execution of both global and local PR events, and assists the PR Manager in defining and implementing special projects related to Press Product Promotion and Events.
Responsibilities include:
1. Support for Global Events: Ensures the correct implementation of all activities related to organization and execution.
2. Support for Local Events: Assists in organizing and supervising local PR events within their geographical area, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and collaborating with local PR teams.
3. Operational Coordination: Maintains up-to-date event calendars, checklists, and manages materials including press kits and event setups.
4. Supplier Management: Supports the selection and coordination of suppliers, monitors timelines and service quality, and handles operational requests related to venues, catering, setups, and logistics.
5. Special Projects: Ensures the correct implementation of local activities related to Press Product Promotion and other special projects across all markets.
6. Monitoring and Reporting: Collects post-event data for internal analysis and creates operational reports to monitor activity progress.
Qualifications & Skills:
* At least 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in international companies within the fashion or luxury sector.
* Ability to manage teams and relationships with agencies.
* Customer-oriented attitude.
* Team player.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Proficiency in both English and Italian (C1 level).
