🔍 We're looking for a Senior Data Engineer / Data Science Lead for a high-impact project in the industrial sector.
Apply Science is the technology partner of a leading company in sterilization and decontamination technologies. To support their data-driven transformation, we're looking for a senior professional who combines architectural vision with a hands‑on approach.
* Design and build end‑to‑end data pipelines: from raw data ingestion through to analytics and machine learning
* Define and implement Big Data architectures on AWS
* Develop advanced AI and analytics use cases
* Lead and mentor a team of 3 junior Data / ML Engineers, actively contributing to their technical growth
* Solid experience with Python, Spark, SQL
* Deep knowledge of data architectures and AWS services
* Ability to own the full data lifecycle
* Technical leadership: someone who can guide a team without stepping away from the code
Remote, with one day per week on‑site to work side by side with the team.
