CRM Specialist / Software Developer – Microsoft Dynamics 365, Vicenza

Working hours: Flexible (8:00-17:00 / 8:30–17:30) – 1-hour lunch break
Smartworking: 1 day a week after initial training
Cafeteria: Available on-site
We are seeking a technology enthusiast with a focus on innovation to support the transition and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM within our group. The candidate will join a young, cohesive, and dynamic team, playing a key role in digital transformation of our business systems.
* Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365, customizing it to meet business needs
* Conduct software analysis, data migration from the current internally developed CRM system
* Perform testing, debugging, update, and maintain technical documentation
* Coordinate with the headquarters and group subsidiaries (weekly and monthly meetings)
* Second-level technical support : diagnose and resolve issues, manage support tickets
* Manage IT projects related to business applications (e.g., ERP JGalileo – user support, no development)
* Develop and implement Qlik Sense for data analysis and visualization (data analytics, dashboards, reports)
* Future plans include training internal users on the new CRM system
* Minimum 1.5 years of experience in the IT field
* Essential knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365
* Cross-disciplinary software skills: analysis, development (languages to be defined), support
* Good command of English (level B2) for international coordination
* Diploma in computer science or related field
* Excellent communication skills, flexibility, adaptability to evolving environments
