Responsibilities
* The Sales Assistant (Style Maker) introduces the client to the Golden world, explaining the heritage and the values of the Brand.
* Dedicated to crafting a complete and personalized Golden total look for the clients, capturing their dreams and reflecting their personality.
* Assist customers in expressing their personality through their ideal dream looks, contributing to store business objectives, customer satisfaction, and overall store success.
* Engage actively in the sales process by providing comprehensive product insights, recommending additional items, and implementing up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
* Cultivate and sustain positive customer relationships by making clients feel relevant in the Golden Family, embracing omnichannel practices, and leveraging digital tools and communication methods to provide updates, recommendations, and personalized offers.
* Contribute to store presentation by maintaining visual displays and store standards, ensuring products are displayed in line with the brand image and standards.
* Assist with store operational procedures, including opening/closing, inventory management, and maintaining compliance with GDPR and health & safety standards.
* Utilize IT and digital tools effectively to enhance business processes and customer engagement (Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, Stealth).
