How you will contribute
1. Developing initiatives of processes optimization
2. Analyzing business and user requirements, translating into proper system requirement specifications
3. Assisting the project team during the business requirement analysis, process design, IT system development, go live and roll out phase
4. Collaborating to the improvement of tools and software application across the Regions, working with all business functions involved (Sales, Information Technology, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, Planning)
5. Collaborating on the Customer Operations processes development initiatives in all the project phases
6. Participating in solution option evaluations with IT teams and business partners
7. Collaborating in system development initiatives both during implementation and post-implementation phase, assisting in integration, testing and key user training
8. Being responsible for Microsoft Dynamics 365 system developments and enhancements
9. Developing implementation plans and associated documentation
10. Supporting the Customer Operations team in analyzing and solving operational problems
Who you are
11. Master's degree in engineering or management
12. 5-7 years of working experience in similar role
13. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 system implementation and/or use is an advantage
14. Knowledge of order-to-cash flows
15. Knowledge of CRM systems and BI applications is a plus
16. Knowledge of SAP ERP systems is a plus
17. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Sharepoint)
18. Knowledge of emerging digital technologies
19. Fluent in English
20. Project management and strong analytical skills
21. Proactive, problem solver and able to work on own initiative
22. Team player with a proactive orientation to results
23. Pragmatic, business acumen driven and precise
24. Able to prioritize work effectively
25. Capable of working under pressure and leading multiple projects with tight deadlines
