South East Aviation Services S.r.l., (SEAS), is an aircraft maintenance engineering services company with 450 employees supporting Ryanair's engineering function in Italy. We are looking for a dynamic HR Assistant who, reporting to the HT Manager, will support the HR Team in their administrative and operational functions. Responsibilities: - Monitor employees timesheets. - Screen of applicant's background check. - Maintain the HR databases to ensure all records and keep the HR system up to date accurately. - Answer to employees questions about company policies and procedures with adequate and accurate HR-related support. - Coordinate and manage training programs and ensure that all the employees are up to date with the required training. - Report to the HR Manager on al HR issues. - Work on ad hoc projects. Requirements: - Fluent in English and Italian (both written and spoken). - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe. - Strong organizational and time management skills to deal with swift changes and tight deadlines even under stressful situation. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
