Job Overview An Italian Solar PV Project Delivery Manager specializes in the construction and operational phases of solar PV projects. This role involves assessing risks during Development and EPC activities for Alantra's solar PV and BESS plants in Italy. As a Solar PV Project Delivery Manager, you will support the Development and EPC phases of Italian PV projects. Responsibilities include monitoring permitting, engineering, procurement, and construction, and providing analyses to aid senior management decisions. Your tasks include overseeing EPC agreements and permits, conducting site visits, attending bi-weekly meetings, and ensuring clarity in project development and construction. The ideal candidate has an MSc in Engineering, strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel / Sheets and PowerPoint, and an interest in PV data metrics. This role suits a driven, detail-oriented individual eager to collaborate and grow within a dynamic team. Main Responsibilities Coordinate technical support to EPC project management and external advisors. Act as the primary technical liaison with grid operators (ENEL / TERNA). Coordinate with local authorities for permitting clarifications. Work with external consultants and local developers on technical aspects of authorization. Monitor progress against milestones and report regularly. Optimize technical layouts for large-scale PV plants. Prepare technical documentation for authorization and construction readiness. Manage permits during construction, ensuring compliance with regulations and permits. Oversee documentation and approvals during construction. Support acquisition of additional permits as needed. Requirements : Master's degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering, or related field, or 5 years of relevant experience in solar plant development / construction. At least 2 years of experience in the energy market. Strong understanding of renewable energy and Solar PV. Knowledge of MV / HV grid connection regulations in Italy. Ability to work independently and report to EPC director. Willingness to travel within Italy; based in Milan. Fluent in Italian and English; Spanish is a plus. Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented. Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint. Strong analytical and communication skills.
