The role supports the delivery and contribution of departmental and organisational objectives. Responsible for supporting day‐to‐day operations within their area of responsibility, working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure high standards of service, compliance, and performance. Pursue operational excellence, ensuring efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.Collaborate in planning and strategy of component development and race introduction.Design and development of F1 Car components.Seek continuous improvement in the design of components with prime focus on car performance.Contribute to composite design group workload plans in consultation with business partners.Contribute to concept development in relation to composite design.Liaise with Race Team concerning reliability and relevant composite design revisions.Ensure work meets expected service, quality, and compliance standards.Participate in meetings, briefings, and forums as required.Adhere to relevant legislation, organisational policies, and internal controls.Handle information responsibly, including confidential or sensitive data.Support audit, governance, and risk management activities as required.
Participate in team initiatives, projects, or improvement activities.
Degree in Mechanical Engineering required.Minimum 5 years of experience which must be in a professional motorsports' environment with design experience.Willingness to mentor and develop talent within the organisation.
