We are looking for an open-minded, communicative and technically competent IT Service Desk support specialist to strengthen our onsite team, which offers our employees competent advice on various IT topics. WHAT YOU NEED IS: IT Diploma (a IT Bachelor’s Degree or Similar is considered a plus) Good knowledge of Italian and business fluency in English (C1) Teamwork and resilience Hands-on knowledge of Windows 10 operating systems, Active Directory, Microsoft Office suite/ Office 365, Skype for Business Familiarity with video conferencing and other audio/video equipment and technologies WHY SHOULD YOU APPLY?
