Who we are looking for?
We are looking for aNetwork Engineerwith strongCitrix and VDI expertiseand proventeam leadership skillsto join our team inMilan.
This is ahybrid position (1 day per week onsite, 4 days remote).
You will work in aninternational environment, contributing to projects that require advanced technical expertise, leadership, and fluent communication inEnglish.
Your missions
Lead and coordinate Citrix/VDI-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Manage and support network infrastructure, with a focus on Citrix environments.
Act as a technical reference point for the team, mentoring junior engineers, assign task.
Collaborate with international teams and clients, ensuring smooth communication in English.
Ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and performance monitoring.
Your profile
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience withCitrix technologies(XenApp, XenDesktop, VDI solutions).
Solid background innetwork engineering(TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls).
Previous experience as ateam leaderor in a coordination role.
Fluent inEnglish(spoken and written); Italian is a plus.
Problem-solving mindset, ability to work in hybrid/remote setups.
