Overview
We are seeking a Logistics Supervisor to join our Rolo Distribution Center. In this role, you’ll drive excellence in daily warehouse operations, oversee 3PL relationships, and lead efforts in process standardization and simplification. You’ll apply Lean and Six Sigma tools to identify gaps, address root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Responsibilities
* Lead and coach the team through the Medtronic Performance System (MPS).
* Facilitate problem-solving sessions and drive issue resolution.
* Support daily logistics operations with a focus on warehouse management.
* Collaborate with 3PL partners to ensure service excellence.
* Promote process standardization and simplification.
* Champion continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering.
* 5+ years’ experience in Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain or Logistics.
* Lean Six Sigma certifications.
* Good English level in word and writing.
* Strong leadership and coaching skills.
* Ability to drive change and foster a culture of improvement.
