Everything we do revolves around platform lifts — or, in other words: “We move people.” We are the ideal partner in enabling our customers to achieve a barrier-free future.As our organisation continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Quality Manager / Senior Quality Engineer to join our team at our manufacturing site and headquarters in Lainate, Milan, Italy, reporting to the Operations Director in Italy and the Quality & Compliance Director EU (dotted line).Main ResponsibilitiesGovern and monitor the quality of internal manufacturing processes and outsourced operations, ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory requirementsPerform quality control on mechanical, electrical and electronic componentsManage product warranty procedures and related cost analysisImplement and manage internal and external non-conformity processes, ensuring definition, implementation and verification of corrective actions effectivenessManage internal and Group reporting, monitoring quality KPIs, customer complaints, non-conformities and supplier performanceManage qualification, monitoring and re-evaluation of external processing suppliers, including periodic verification of their quality performanceParticipate in Group meetings focused on corrective actions and product improvement initiativesMonitor installations to ensure products meet service excellence standards, with a “right-first-time” objectiveAnalyse product life-cycle performanceImplement, maintain and continuously improve the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, coordinating internal and external audits and relationships with certification bodies.Propose and implement cross-functional improvement actions across manufacturing, installation and after-sales processes.Drive quality assurance initiatives, including the implementation of quality control plans and Standard Operating Procedures, and strengthening a culture where quality awareness is embedded across the organization and regarded as a core priority RequirementsTechnical diploma or higher education degreeAbility to read and interpret mechanical technical drawingsMinimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within multinational or structured industrial environmentsKnowledge of basic electrotechnical principlesStrong goal-oriented mindset and ability to work independentlyAdvanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with major AI toolsFluent English (spoken and written)What We OfferFull-time permanent employment contractCompetitive annual gross salary based on actual experience (€45,000 – €60,000)Flexible working hoursWelfare benefits package and Ticket RestaurantsSmart working up to 3 days per month
