We are looking for a talented test engineer to join our Research Development & Engineering Department in our plant located in Chieti (Italy).
You will have the chance to design and implement the tests that ensure the quality and functionality of the system and its components.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As a test engineer, you will be responsible for:
Designing test parameters, analyzing the product features, and writing up final test procedures to evaluate the dynamic parameters of the system itself
Collecting the results to understand the actions to put in place to solve the problems
Troubleshooting any errors and streamlining the testing procedures
Ensuring all tests and procedures meet company standards
Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions
Preparing test reports for management/customer
Writing test plans and creating test cases for the product
Knowledge and Experience:
Master’s degree in Mechatronic/ Mechanical Engineering
Good knowledge of internal combustion engine
Good knowledge of System Mechanical Vibrations
Familiarity with diagnostic and data analysis tools
Basic knowledge of NVH theory and analysis
Knowledge of engineering and testing procedures
Excellent knowledge of English
Proficiency with MS Office (esp. PowerPoint and Excel)
Flexible to travel worldwide
Knowledge of ROTEC analysis software, Polyworks software, and CAE software is preferred
Skills:
Good problem-solving skills
Ability to troubleshoot and “think out of the box”
Initiative and independence
Excellent communication, analytical, and synthesis skills
