Ph3Overview /h3pThe EHS Manager will join the GFE Global Facilities and Engineering Team of our strategic production site in Noventa Padovana (PD) and will report to the Head of GFE. This role leads performance in Safety, Environmental Management, and Biosafety programs while fostering a strong culture of safety. The primary responsibility is to develop, coordinate, and implement environmental, health, and safety improvement programs, elevating facilities to best practice standards and promoting safety throughout the organization. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelops and implements robust EHS programs, training initiatives, and policies to reduce incidents and ensure compliance with regulations and company requirements /liliStays updated on regulatory and company requirements for ongoing compliance /liliProvides leadership, education, and overall management of Loss Control Programs, including Environmental, Safety and Health, Industrial Hygiene, Biosafety, and Hazardous / Solid Waste Management /liliConducts audits, provides comprehensive reports, and follows up on implementation /liliTracks and reports key EHS metrics for performance monitoring and improvement /liliImplements strategies to promote and improve safety culture throughout the organization, emphasizing safety as a core value /liliDevelops and delivers targeted training programs to enhance safety awareness and behaviors /liliCollaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and implement safety improvement opportunities /liliIntegrates EHS resources into capital projects and change management processes /liliContinuously improves EHS goals and objectives based on best practices and regulatory standards /liliMaintains a strong presence on the plant floor, engaging with employees to foster a safety culture /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or related technical degree /liliMinimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS), including leadership in project management.
