For more information, please visit /p pbOur Group Corporate Division are now seeking a talented Senior Group Consolidation Specialist to join the Group Consolidation Team. /b /p pbLocation: /b Our office in Zola Predosa (Bologna), Italy. /p pbTeam Size: /b 4 resources (approx.) /p pbReporting into: /b Head of Group Consolidation /p pbWorking Model: /b Hybrid /p pbPotential Start Date: /b May 2026 /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPreparation of the Consolidation Process for all legal entities across the LuxExperience Group in accordance with IFRS; /li liData collection of actual results for month-end activities (monthly reporting); /li liMaintain regular scheduled processes and reports (intercompany reconciliations, assets and liabilities, other financial data); /li liDevelop various ad-hoc data queries and deliver results in a concise manner to internal and HQ management; /li liPropose and implement improvements and automation for existing reporting processes; /li liEnsure all procedural documentation relevant to the reporting environment is maintained up-to-date; /li liActively work on assigned projects and various business initiatives as well as ad-hoc demand; /li liImplementation and formalization of processes and procedures within the area of responsibility; /li liEnsure execution and documentation of ICFR/SOX-relevant controls within the area of responsibility. /li liMonitoring the main cross-area activities (Accounting, Controlling Team and IT, etc..) and their implementation according the deadlines requested, throughout continuous updates and specular mapping (ex-ante and ex-post), reported to each owner of the flows; /li liand any other business according to the role. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liAt least 3 to 5 years’ experience, preferably, in an auditing or accounting consulting company. /li liReliability, accuracy, flexibility, and discretion /li liProven ability to work to stringent deadlines and show flexibility. /li liKnowledge of International Accounting Standards (IAS) and IFRS. /li liInterpersonal skills, flexibility, a problem-solving and proactive approach. /li liGood knowledge of Italian and English, both spoken and written. /li liAbility to work with colleagues from foreign countries. /li liProficiency with Word and Excel. /li liKnowledge of Navision, Lucanet and Business Central will be considered a strong plus. /li /ul pFrom the moment you join LuxExperience, we are committed to making your journey with us inspirational and evolutionary.
