Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a results-driven professional to drive sales growth in the energy storage market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, managing customer relationships, and delivering tailored energy storage solutions.
### Key Accountabilities
* Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including utility-scale projects, commercial & industrial applications, and microgrid solutions.
* Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions that align with their technical and financial goals.
* Technical and Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date on energy storage technology, market trends, and regulatory developments. Work closely with the technical team to design and propose energy storage solutions.
* Proposal Development and Negotiation: Prepare detailed sales proposals, including cost-benefit analyses and project timelines. Lead contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms.
### Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the energy storage, renewable energy, or power systems sectors.
* Strong understanding of energy storage technology.
* Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate high-value contracts.
