At Marketplace Distri, we're looking for a Junior Backoffice and Order Management Specialist to join our team at the headquarters in Lucca (Tuscany)!
Marketplace Distri is active in developing brands on an international level, focusing on B2B and B2C markets, especially on Amazon.
We manage over 100,000 product pages across 8 countries, including ES, UK, DE, IT, FR, PL, SE, and NL.
We seek a bright, ambitious, and dedicated self-starter to work with our international team of professionals.
Tasks
* Handle orders received on Amazon Vendor platform
* Process sales orders accurately and timely from multiple channels
* Contact suppliers regarding availability and delivery dates
* Verify order quality before and after shipment
* Ensure prices match our database and update if necessary
* Collaborate daily with the warehouse team
* Dispute shortage items on invoices on Amazon platform
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Manage Amazon complaints daily
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
* Experience in order handling or data entry
* Excellent English communication skills
* Proactive, self-critical, motivated to improve
* Strong analytical skills
* Ability to work independently
