HR Team Members utilize modern systems and concepts to deliver best-in-class service to Fuller. This position is based in Valbembro, Italy focused on supporting employees globally. You’ll collaborate most often with fellow HR Generalists, HR Specialists, and of course our diverse employee population. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liRecruit talented individuals to join Fuller. /li liOnboard new hires by coordinating pre-hire activities and delivering orientation. /li liInput quality data into Workday, advise employees and managers on the system process flow, and monitor data flowing into payroll. /li liDraft and deliver communication related to HR processes, benefits, and policies. /li liAssist with compensation, benefits, and leave of absence related activities. /li liTriage employee relations issues, managing common or routine issues and escalating more complex cases. /li liConduct investigations, review policies, and gather relevant information. /li liEnsure compliance with local labor laws, unions and other regulatory agencies. /li liPartner with leadership to conduct workforce reorganizations. /li liPromote positive employee relations through design, communication, and interpretation of human resources policies and programs. /li liAct proactively to analyze data, prepare reports, and make recommendations. /li liChampion new ideas, manage change, and execute on action plans. /li liParticipate in HR projects as assigned. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liFluency in English and Italian required. /li liBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Communication, or similar (equivalent experience will also be considered). /li li5+ years of experience in an HR role strongly preferred. /li liPrevious experience with Italian unions and labor law required. /li liPrevious experience in matrix organization supporting employees in different countries. /li liEagerness to operate at the global level, with the proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to employment norms in each of the countries we operate in. /li liSolution-oriented approach with a big picture mindset. /li liActive HR certification or the ability to acquire a certification within 1 year. /li liStrong communication and customer service skills. /li liMastery of Workday preferred. /li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). /li liProactive and efficient approach with strong follow-through. /li liCommitment to confidentiality with a high level of integrity. /li /ul pCandidates selected for an interview will be contacted through email. /p pFor more than 140 years, FLSmidth Cement has supported producers worldwide with pioneering technologies, reliable services, and deep expertise.
