The Head of AI – SCE is accountable for leading and scaling Capgemini's AI First agenda across the South Central Europe (SCE - France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Switzerland, Poland and Czech republic) driving measurable business growth, differentiated client outcomes, and world‐class AI delivery at scale.
This role owns the end ‐ to ‐ end SCE AI transformation lifecycle — from market positioning and demand creation to industrialised delivery and value realisation. Working closely with country CEOs, industry leaders, hyperscalers, and C‐suite clients, the role ensures AI is consistently embedded across solutions, operating models, and transformation programmes.
