You will work with radio microphones, headsets and handhelds across artists and performers, handling real‐time mixes on both digital and analogue consoles with the confidence of someone who knows every channel by heart. On the video side, you will manage signal flow, routing between sources and displays, and the setup of any projections or visual content integrated into the show. Lighting completes the picture: you will programme basic scenes and operate the console during events, always in keeping with the creative direction. You will handle the rigging, cabling and maintenance of all systems — with the diligence of someone who knows that problems are best prevented before they need solving. When something goes wrong mid‐show, you fix it in real time, without waiting to be told. You will work closely with the creative and operational team, because every evening at The Wilde is the result of collective effort that begins long before the guests arrive. Who you are You have hands‐on experience in live environments — theatre, events, hotels, touring: the context changes, the substance does not. You know your digital and analogue mixers and do not need anyone to walk you through them. You can work under pressure without losing your footing — the show does not wait.
