Main activities
1. Guarantee the analysis and fulfillment of contractual requirements through the implementation of plans, procedures, studies, workshops (FERA, QRA, EERA, Human Factor, HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, EIA, Noise, SECE, etc…); detailed engineering documents (e.g. Area Classification, Fire & Gas Detection, Active & Passive Fire Protection, Safety Distances, Escape Route & Safety Sign, Fire Fighting Equipment, etc...), performed outsourced and, to a large extent, internally; purchasing engineering documents (MR, TBE, supply specification, etc.) of fire-fighting systems/equipment, safety equipment and signs, etc.
2. Ensure the interface with the Customer;
3. Ensure coordination with all the company technical disciplines involved from time to time in engineering, procurement and construction site;
4. Ensure coordination, direction and technical supervision of outsourced activities ;
5. Coordinate the assigned specialists, providing for the planning, definition, verification of the assigned activities and the optimization of resources;
6. Participate in the development of discipline outputs through direct contribution in particularly critical contexts;
7. Ensure supplier follow-up .
The peculiarity of the position is the inclusion in an international and rapidly evolving, dynamic and challenging context, of comparison with various stakeholders (e.g. PMC/operation client, subcontractors, consultants, vendors), in a multicultural environment with concrete prospects for growth and improvement
Requirements
Fundamentals/Must haves
8. Degree in Chemical, Environmental, Energy Engineering or equivalent qualification;
9. Previous experience of at least 7 years gained as an EPC Contractor in the Onshore and Offshore Plant Engineering sector in the Energy Oil & Gas sector and similar;
10. Fluent knowledge of the English language;
11. Knowledge of the main design standards and regulations (API, IP, IEC, NFPA, ATEX, PED);
12. Knowledge of MS Office, fire prevention and risk analysis software, 3D CAD.
