As we expand our operations, we're looking for a hands-on and motivated
\n
Facility Specialist & Warehouse Operations to join our team and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly from building management to client service delivery.
\n
Main activities
\n
Facility Management
\n
Oversee daily management and maintenance of warehouse facilities and machinery, ensuring full operational efficiency and regulatory compliance
\n
Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with external suppliers and service providers
\n
Monitor building systems (electrical, fire safety, security), ensuring proper functioning and adherence to current regulations
\n
Manage relationships with landlords, tenants, consultants, and technical partners
\n
Support space planning, layout optimization, and facility improvement initiatives
\n
Ensure workplace H&S; standards are met and actively contribute to a safe working environment
\n
Logistics & Service Delivery
\n
Act as the main point of contact between the client and the warehouse, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations through daily alignments, back-office coordination, and front-office support
\n
Track warehouse productivity KPIs, identify deviations, and drive corrective actions when needed
\n
Participate in continuous improvement and startup projects for new clients, including process mapping, SOP development, and operational auditing xivgfpx
\n
Qualifications
\n
Bachelor's degree in management engineering (strongly considered as a plus) or equivalent experience
\n
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
\n
Excellent Italian and English language skills
\n
Effective communication, interpersonal skills and synthesis ability
\n
Proficient with Microsoft Suite (good Excel skills are mandatory)
\n
Ability to anticipate, manage critical situations and provide effective solutions
\n
Knowledge of accounting, warehouse inventory, logistic processes and documentation is preferable
