Ph3Relocate to Malta Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Technical Solution Architect (Consulting/Big 4) /h3 h3About the job /h3 pOur client’s Microsoft Business Solutions team is a Microsoft Gold Partner and leader in Microsoft software implementations for medium to large organisations, providing their clients with the ability to keep up with the ever-changing digital world by implementing Microsoft’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Engagement (CE) software from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) software line. /p pbRole Overview /b /p pWe are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement Solution Architect with experience in solution development and functional analysis into large-scale enterprise Dynamics 365 architecture with a hands‑on approach in designing and leading the implementation of Dynamics 365 products, working with both onshore and offshore development teams. The focus of this role will be on all presales activities around the Dynamics 365 platform as well as methodology diagnostics and high‑level solution architecting. You will also contribute to proposal development and provide input in business development while mentor junior and offshore staff. /p pThis role is therefore kingpin to our client’s customer delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. It is a dynamic and exciting opportunity to join a rapidly developing business area within an established and market‑leading global firm that is our client. /p pbJob Location: /b Sliema, Malta /p pbWork Type: /b Hybrid /p pbJob Type: /b Full‑time, Permanent /p pbWorking Hours: /b GMT +1 /p pbSalary: /b Base + Benefits (Paid in Euros €) /p pbRelocation: /b VISA Relocation Package Included /p pbRequirements /b /p pExperience and Background /p ul liMinimum of 15+ yrs of proven IT experience in implementing End‑To‑End Large scale solutions including Dynamics CE(CRM) Power Platform /li liShould have architected, designed and implemented at least 7‑8 full scale industry solutions using Dynamics CE (CRM), Integrations, Power Platform; Strong understanding of industry domains like Banking, Finance, Healthcare, Insurance, Telecom, Manufacturing etc. /li liAbility to architect solutions that involve multi‑region implementations /li liStrong technical leadership for engagements and ability to present to the C‑Suite stakeholders /li liAbility to architect and design Digital Transformation programs involving multiple technologies /li liStrong pre‑sales experience/expertise with thought leadership on Solution offerings /li liExcellent presentation and demonstration skills, ability to influence and ease decision making for Senior Technical Executives of clients (CTO, Digital Transformation Officers etc.) /li liAbility to handle distributed large teams and deliver quality solutions /li /ul pSkills and Qualifications /p ul liExcellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing /li liIn‑depth knowledge of all modules of Dynamics 365 CE, including appropriate Architect level certifications. Relevant experience on various earlier versions of Dynamics CRM like, 2016, 2015, 2013, 2011, CRM 4.0 etc. /li liStrong implementation experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Apps Portals aka Power Pages, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI, RPA etc.), including appropriate Architect level certification /li liBroad understanding of software development lifecycle, Development management, Release management, Data migration, cut‑over planning and Go‑Live support /li liExperience with Azure Platform and Integration Services including LogicApps, Functions, Azure Service Bus etc. /li liExperience working with offshore development teams /li liExperience of Agile Methodology /li liCertification in TOGAF or Zachman Framework would be beneficial /li liKnowledge of other Marketing products are desirable – Click Dimension or Adobe Marketing Cloud, D365 for Marketing etc. /li liGraduate from a recognized University with majors in computational (Computer Science, Information Technology etc.) discipline /li /ul pbResponsibilities /b /p ul liThe Solution Architect will lead the delivery of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions /li liBe a champion/SME (Subject Matter Expert) for both technical and functional solutions across the Microsoft platform, driving the adoption of new features and technology /li liPossess strong understanding of Dynamics 365 power platform stack and stay relevant with new features /li liLead technical forums and communities to share knowledge with wider group /li liDesign and development of domain specific implementations; Influence usage of out of the box Dynamics 365 functionality, giving our client a competitive advantage /li liIdentify skilling opportunities and define training needs within the team; Coach other team members and help in reducing skills gaps /li liIdentify opportunities and work for industry specific Solution Offerings that will be market differentiator for our client /li liMeet and exceed customer expectations on business knowledge, skills and behaviour /li liIdentify business/project risk and mitigate or communicate as necessary /li liEnsure progress updates are communicated to relevant parties both formally and informally /li liIdentify practice development activities and help in defining how these will be delivered /li liA portion of the role requires supporting and doing people management, people development career progression support, performance assessment and management (especially for other Technical Architects) /li liIn all activities, ensure timely completion of internal processes and mandatory training /li liWilling to travel abroad when required /li liTo carry out additional duties as may occur from time to time as instructed and agreed by the Practice management team /li liProvide on‑site support as required by company or client /li liPerformance manage and/or mentor junior members of the team /li liAlways represent our client in a professional and positive manner /li liThe Employee is required to follow our client’s Information Security Policies (ISP and ISMP) at all times /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
