Synergy and Collaboration are key to our success. As a highly skilled Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Managing the cash register and recording first notes;
Monitoring client deadlines and handling solicitations;
Emitting sales invoices and recording purchase invoices;
Managing and inserting customer and supplier orders;
Supporting warehouse control and management.
Candidates with previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in commercial or distribution contexts, are ideal for this position.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel in particular) and familiarity with business management systems (ERP).
We offer a 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of indefinite hire. The working hours are 40 hours per week, divided into two shifts: 8:00-12:00/14:00-18:00 or 14:30-18:30, with one Saturday morning shift per week (with compensation in the week).
This role is available at our location in Cornuda (TV).
