Equirements for production activities (common) - Produce products in compliance with work standards and procedures - Manage and monitor main product production processes. - Participate in process improvement activities to improve productivity - Participate in improvement activities to achieve production and process goals - Monitor and manage key production indicators and progress - Take necessary on-site response measures to ensure process flow and production stability - Participate in other required education/activities/training, etc. Process/equipment operation capabilities required for production activities (LEVEL classification) - L 1~4: Operation capabilities of equipment by major process (milling/fusing/mixing/packing) - L 1~4: Utilities management/condition control capabilities required for production (Gas/Compressed air/Cooling water) - L 1~4: Emergency response capabilities for process abnormalities, etc. - L 1~4: Process condition control and response capabilities by product - L 1~4: Job technical capabilities (based on length of service and experience) - L 1~4: Operation capabilities of production equipment and facilities EHS & Others - Participate in education and training: Safety / Production / Activities - Participate in the activities related to implementation of safety accident prevention and risk factor removal - Participate in regular team activities for process and safety improvement Basic Qualifications - No restrictions on production process activities and possess the ability to understand the process - Those who have completed general mandatory education - Must be able to comply with and implement company regulations (e.g. work standards, safety management, guidelines, etc) - Available to work in shift including night shift Preferred Qualifications - Experience in manufacturing processes and production operator experience - Qualifications to operate equipment required for the process, such as forklifts Critical Skills and Abilities - Ability to understand and implement work standards - Ability to operate equipment for each major process (milling/fusing/mixing/packing) - Ability to manage utilities required for production / control conditions - Ability to respond to emergency measures such as process abnormalities - Ability to operate equipment stably and perform processes
