ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB
We are seeking a young, motivated, curious, and enterprising talent to join us at our Operations Headquarters in Agordo (BL) or our Plant in Sedico (BL).
As a Quality Manager, reporting directly to the Plant Quality Manager, you will gain experience managing a highly complex manufacturing department and ensuring excellent quality standards.
Main responsibilities:
* Track and review internal Quality performance KPIs (e.g., waste, rework, costs);
* Conduct end-of-line and process tests;
* Ensure finished product quality assurance;
* Investigate and troubleshoot quality-related product or production issues;
* Prepare, execute, and follow up on internal process or system audits.
PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE
* You have a Degree in Management or Mechanical Engineering.
* You have at least 5 years of experience in a complex environment as a Quality Engineer or Manager.
* You are able to read and interpret technical drawings.
* You have good knowledge of quality tools (Fishbone, 5 Whys, root cause analysis, etc.).
* You have good knowledge of MS Office.
* You have basic knowledge of statistics.
* You possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset, are proactive, and inspire others to be proactive too!
* You have people management skills.
* You see solutions rather than problems and excel at problem-solving.
* You love challenges and take your responsibilities seriously.
* You are flexible and adaptable to constant change.
* You have strong facilitation and communication skills.
