We are now looking for aSenior Performance Marketing Managerto take full ownership of our digital acquisition and conversion strategy and directly contribute to revenue growth.
This is anon-site rolewith direct interaction with the American owners and the Italian marketing and salesteam.
Your mission is todrive growth through performance marketing.
You will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, improving conversion rates, and turning marketing investment into measurable sales results.
This is ahands-on rolewhere you will directly manage campaigns and continuously optimize performance across the full funnel.What You'll Do
Own and drivelead generation and lead conversionacross digital channels.
Manage campaigns in-house(no external agencies) on platforms such asGoogle Ads, Meta, and other performance channels usingGoogle Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools.
Manage and optimizeprice comparison websitesas key acquisition channels.
Develop and execute B2 C performance marketing strategies to increasecustomer acquisition, sales, and market share.
Continuously test and optimize campaigns, landing pages, and funnels (A/B testing mindset).
Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts directly support commercial objectives and lead quality.
Track and analyze performance metrics (leads, conversion rates, ROI) and translate data into actionable insights.What We Offer
