Journey Early Learning is seeking enthusiastic, passionate, and experienced Casual Educators to join our Sale team and will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and educational experiences for our children.

We are a 110 place Centre serving children from six weeks to six years, creating learning environments that are more than classrooms—they're magical spaces where imaginations thrive, friendships form, and young minds bloom.
About the role :
This is an On Call Casual opportunity across Monday to Friday and all shifts.
As a Casual Childhood Educator, you are flexible, adaptable and enjoy inspiring and nurturing young minds.
You will be a collaborative member of the team, working to build strong relationships with Educators, children, and families.
Key Responsibilities :
Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times
Facilitate learning experiences for your allocated group of children
Assisting in the observation and evaluation of children's individual strengths, interests and preferences
Design and implement activities to be included in children's developmental program.
Be part of a collaborative teaching and interactive learning environment
Key skills and requirements :
An ACECQA recognised Certificate III or higher
Experience leading and developing age specific programs and routines
An approved Working with Children Check (State Specific)
Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis and First Aid Certificates
