We are one of the most important Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMOs) for anticancer drugs.

We are currently looking for a IT SAP Specialist - that will mainly ensure:
* Support ticket management (1st and 2nd level) on SAP EWM, MM, PP, and QM
* Analysis and resolution of functional and operational issues
* Support for end users on processes involving:
o Warehouse and logistics management (EWM)
o Procurement and materials management (MM)
o Production planning and progress (PP)
o Quality control in acceptance, production, and shipping (QM)
* Monitoring interfaces with external systems and integrated flows between SAP modules
* Support during testing (UAT) and release of new features
* Drafting functional documentation and user guides
* Interaction with external SAP consultants for 3rd level escalation
Main Requirements:
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar role using SAP
* Good knowledge of the following modules:
o SAP EWM
o SAP MM
o SAP PP xjrgpwk
o SAP QM
* Knowledge of key logistics, production, and quality processes
* Functional analysis and troubleshooting skills
* Familiarity with ticketing systems
* Good knowledge of English
