Position: Senior Oracle HCM Functional Specialist (m/f/x)
Contract Type: Full time- Permanent
Location: UKI/ EMEA
Responsibilities
* Providing BAU support for MyHR and HR Data Bridge, ensuring smooth daily operations.
* Managing incidents, defects, and change requests raised by application users.
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to clarify issues and deliver system enhancements.
* Mentoring and guiding junior team members on Oracle HCM product knowledge.
* Developing and configuring new features within Oracle HCM Cloud, ensuring alignment with our system landscape.
* Supporting quarterly Oracle patching upgrades and maintaining configuration documentation.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, with strong expertise in theCore HRmodule.
* Desirable experience inAbsence,Benefits, andRecruitingmodules.
* Familiarity withRedwoodUX andVisual Builder Studio (VBS)is a plus.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing solutions.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across remote teams.
* Ability to run workshops, gather requirements, and support business testing and configuration.
