Reporting directly to the Marketing & Communication Manager, you will support the team in the execution of trade marketing activities and retail activations that drive brand visibility and sales performance at point of sale. This role supports coordinating promotional materials, managing visual merchandising implementation and retail partner relationships, translating HQ strategic brand objectives into local brand plans for the Italian market.
Job responsibilities
Your responsibilities will be the following:
* Support Retailer’s network with visual, marketing and communication aspects, providing materials and assets for in-store displays, Out-of-Home (OOH), social media and websites.
* Aid in the implementation of visual merchandising standards and product display coordination (window installations, counter setups).
* Coordinate Point of Sale (POS) material, including ordering, inventory management, and delivery.
* Assist in the roll-out and execution of event formats and trade marketing activations, adapting global guidelines to local market needs to boost brand awareness, sales and customer relations.
* Collaborate with the Retail Department to develop consistent strategies for customer relationship building.
Content & Social Media:
* Support in reporting, analysis, and data comparison related to Social Media activities, including trend analysis on a weekly basis.
* Act as an intermediary with PR agencies for media content sharing.
* Collaborate with the HQ translation agency for all text-related content (website, social media, newsletters, communication materials).
Back Office:
* Coordinate shipments and consignments to various stakeholders (including media and influencers).
* Assist with the creation and management of incoming Purchase Orders (POs) and invoices.
Profile
* Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication or Economics
* High interest in watchmaking is a must
* Passion for Motor Racing and Sports is a plus
