Job Description
The retail coordinator is responsible for the tasks entrusted to him/her, demonstrating responsiveness, flexibility and precision. The retail coordinator will be specifically trained to be the local point of reference for setting up and using the NSF audit tools. He/she will support his/her team in the optimal use of these tools, and will assist the Belgian auditors team with their daily requests.
Responsibilities
* Creating new audit templates
* Updating contact details and adding new facilities in various systems
* Assist the Belgian auditors from the office for admin requests
* Reviewing and sending out audit reports
* Putting together overviews of our audits and food analyses in Excel
* Maintaining the customer audit platform accounts (create new logins, passwords etc)
* Be the link between the Business Unit and IT in case of IT problems
* Scheduling of audits
* Invoicing of clients
* Client reporting, internal KPI follow up
* Provide admin support to the business and account manager for new opportunities, expansion, or client renewal
Qualifications
* Experience as administrative assistant or similar role
* Demonstratable experience working with Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft systems, PowerBI is a plus
* Excellent attention to detail, organisational and prioritisation skills
* Perfect command in Italian, fluent in English
* Creative thinking and problem‑solving aptitude
* A clear and proactive communicator
* Have excellent reporting and presentation skills both verbal and written
* Comfortable working in a multilingual work environment
* Able to travel occasionally if needed (EU)
* This position is Hybrid, based out of our Bologna office
