Overview
IT support Specialist — Dispatch, on-site. Location: Latina LT, Città di Castello (PR), Padua, Napoli, Thiene. Type: Tempo parziale. Hours: 10-20 per week. Skills: Troubleshooting, Problem Solving, Help desk & ticketing systems, Windows & macOS support, Basic Networking.
Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level support and resolve customer issues efficiently. - Work with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV-related issues when required. - Communicate clearly and promptly regarding issue status and resolution. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date ticket records for all reported incidents. - Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and authorized Cisco Jabber applications. - Possess basic knowledge of macOS to support Apple PC users. - Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware. - Perform remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and other authorized peripheral equipment. - Use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve network connectivity and workstation hardware/software issues.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid work permit in Italy. - Proficiency in English & Italian language is mandatory. - Several years of experience in a similar role are required.
