Reporting to the Team Manager, you will
Manage and develop an assigned portfolio of active and less active Corporate Clients
Develop Sales and Business with Companies
Understand Company needs and offer Best-Fit Logistics Solutions
Build and maintain great Client relations
Collaborate with colleagues nationally and internationally
Plan, organise and prioritise activities to meet and exceed monthly and annual Sales Targets
Take part in regular meetings, briefings and company training
Use the corporate technology for all sales activities and reporting
What you have
High-school or University Education
1-3 years experience in Sales / Inside Sales. Alternatively from a Customer Service / Sales Support background with motivation and potential to move into Sales
Fluency in Bulgarian and English
Enthusiasm to develop Clients and Business
Ability to meet and exceed Sales targets
Ability to collaborate with different company functions and to work in an international team
Enthusiasm for frequent Client contact via video, phone and digital tools
Willingness to take part in updating meetings and training with colleagues
Organisational skills, ability to understand and address problems
Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
Interest in developing professional competence and experience in an international Group
