Descrizione del lavoro
1. Floor Service: Welcoming guests, taking orders, upselling and providing table service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
2. Bar Support: Assisting the bar team with coffee service, basic drinks, and serving appetizers.
3. Event Management: Setting up and serving during private parties, themed nights, and live music sessions.
4. Guest Relations: Sharing knowledge about our menu and services.
5. Operations: Ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic standards of the dining and common areas; end of day closure and reports, using CRM and operational system.
Qualifiche
6. Experience: 1-2 years in similar environments (bistros, cocktail bars, or boutique hotels).
7. Languages: Italian mother language, Fluency in English is a must.; a third language is a fantastic bonus.
8. Soft Skills: A team player with a problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills.
9. Flexibility: Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
10. Vibe: A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and the unique, cosmopolitan atmosphere of modern hostels.
