Job Title : Motorcycle Service Operations Manager
This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motorcycle service network, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional after-sales support and care.
Main Responsibilities :
* Monitor and improve service quality across all dealerships and service centers.
* Analyze workshop workflows and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
* Develop and implement strategies to boost efficiency and service standards.
* Design and roll out technical and administrative training programs for dealership staff.
* Track after-sales KPIs and produce regular performance reports.
* Act as primary liaison between QJ Motor and its dealers / service centers.
* Foster clear communication and collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders.
* Work closely with Product, Logistics, Warranty and Finance teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
* Lead or support special initiatives as assigned by management.
* Schedule regular meetings with dealerships to discuss progress and address concerns.
Requirements :
* Minimum 10 years experience in after-sales roles within the motorcycle sector.
* In-depth knowledge of motorcycle mechanics, electronics and diagnostics.
* Advanced data analysis and reporting proficiency.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in managing external partnerships.
* Valid driver's license required.
Language Requirements :
* Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
* Bonus points for additional language proficiency.
