Product Sales Manager - Tube & Pipe market We are now looking for a driven and self-motivated individual to develop and manage sales of our tube & pipe surface preparation/protection systems globally. The role will require active management of existing distributors/agents as well as identifying new opportunities and partners for growth. The position will be based in our headquarters close to Lodi, Italy with extensive and frequent worldwide travel. Spoken and written English is essential to fulfil this position, knowledge of an additional language would be a bonus. - Role & responsibilities_ - Management of the Industry sector ensuring revenue growth of the company products as well as meeting corporate sales and other objectives. - Technical and commercial support for overseas distributors is a key aspect of this position. - Assessing the capabilities of distributors and manage the quality of services provided to end-users. - Reviewing coverage of markets and recommending new partners who could help expand our presence in those markets. - Driving the business in the sector to meet and improve annual sales and margin targets. - As far as possible, working directly with end-users to assess their requirements and ensuring that the most appropriate channel is used to meet their needs. - Providing input to the Senior Management Team at Dietronic on the status of the territory, market trends and competitive responses. - Representing Dietronic at overseas trade shows, conferences, and business meetings. - Meeting agreed sales and margin targets - Management of opportunities and accounts in CRM system - Required experience, skills & qualifications_ - Previous experience in a technical sales position is essential - Experience of managing distributors/agents is a desired requirement - A good standard of written and spoken English - Ability to cope with fast changing demands on time and changing tasks according to priority - Excellent communication skills, for both internal and external contacts Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno Benefit: - Cellulare aziendale - Supporto allo sviluppo professionale Orario: - Turno diurno Tipi di retribuzione supplementare: - Bonus annuale
