Job Role Summary:
This role supports the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) team in daily tasks related to safety and environmental compliance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Management, or a related field.
- Monitor and manage safety equipment inventory, checks, and maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate safety trainings and accurately track employee certifications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries following audits or inspections.
- Participate in safety walks and inspections to support the identification of potential risks.
- Collaborate with local teams to actively promote a safety culture and awareness among employees.
Key Qualifications:
We are looking for a motivated individual who has strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, good communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Fluent in both Italian and English.
- Basic knowledge of Italian HSE regulations is a plus but not required.
- Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
