We are seeking a Market Development Manager for our headquarters in Egna (BZ) .
Position
The candidate will be responsible for development within specific market segments and clients belonging to a business unit. The role involves analyzing the market, anticipating potential developments, identifying new trends, and implementing innovative projects to grow the market segment and achieve objectives.
Main Activities

* Analyze market trends

Requirements
* Degree in Management Engineering, Innovation, Economics, or Marketing
* Previous experience in marketing, project management, or commercial fields
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Proven ability to work in a team
* Analytical and problem-solving skills
* Innovative approach
* Excellent knowledge of Italian and English; German is a plus
