Job Opportunity: Yacht Concierge
About the Role:
- We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and passionate professional to join our team as a Concierge.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to create memorable experiences for clients, provide exceptional service, and be part of a dynamic team that is committed to excellence.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in luxury hotel concierge or front desk roles. A good knowledge of the area is required, as well as proficiency in English (C1/C2 level) and Italian.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and yachting practices.
- Establish close contacts with suppliers of services to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests.
