Overview:
Step into the world of financial mastery as a Senior Accountant! Manage complex financial records, ensure tax compliance, and support the financial health of our organization. Be the guardian of our fiscal integrity and a driver of our financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
* General Accounting: Handle daily financial transactions, including cash receipts, bank transfers, fixed assets, and accruals, ensuring accurate records.
* Ordinary and Simplified Accounting: Manage VAT registers and asset registers efficiently in a streamlined environment.
* Accounts Receivable and Payable: Oversee customer and supplier accounting cycles, ensuring timely invoice processing.
* Maintenance of Accounting Registers: Maintain general ledger, inventory books, master accounts, warehouse records, and other required registers.
* Financial Statement Preparation: Draft and verify pre-tax financial statements, including adjustments at fiscal year-end.
* Tax Declaration Verification: Verify VAT settlements, LIPE, F24 forms, certifications, Intrastat, and esterometer reports.
* Compliance Verification: Ensure all fiscal and tax obligations are met accurately.
* Deadline and Procedure Monitoring: Monitor and adhere to deadlines and administrative procedures.
* Audit Activities: Conduct internal audits to ensure record integrity and identify discrepancies.
* Bank Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank statements and transactions, resolving discrepancies.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
* At least 2 years of accounting experience in the hotel industry, preferably within structured groups.
* A passion for financial accuracy and excellence.
* Extensive experience in general and simplified accounting.
