As an Account Executive Inbound at Odoo, we handle the whole sales cycle adopting a consultative sales approach and guide prospects by actively driving the sales process - all with a high focus on our product's added value.

Your role will be to advise these companies on the digitization of their operations through personalized demonstrations of their business flows in the Odoo software. Additionally, your negotiation skills will play a crucial role in converting new customers and cultivating long-lasting relationships with them.
However, your responsibilities extend beyond sales, you will also be responsible for nurturing client relationships and ensuring the smooth implementation of our solutions for a period of 6 months, taking care of follow-ups and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
Become an expert at using Odoo and acquire technical/functional knowledge
Handle the entire sales cycle from qualification to closing, without prospecting!
Analyze customer requirements, business processes, and operational pain points
Provide customers with a tailor-made demonstration of the software
Create customized offers and negotiate contracts
Manage the closing of the account and after-sales period (for 6 months)
Must have
1-5 years of work experience as a Salesperson, or Consultant, preferably in the B2B market
Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1)
Strong knowledge of how businesses are structured
Excellent communication skills
Genuine interest in software products
Ability to generate trust and enthusiasm through your positive, energetic, and creative attitude
Nice to have

Knowledge of ERP and SaaS market

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
