Position Summary
Drive the best in class Omnichannel Picture of Success execution with a strong focus on Pharma & Babystores in the key geographies and in synergy with Medical plan.
Support Commercial Development Manager and Commercial Planning team in ICP process and operational plan definition.
A Day in the Life of Category & Channel Manager Nutrition
* Responsible for Omnichannel engagement plans (point of sales tools included) leveraging strong relationship with key stakeholders (Marketing, Medical, Sales, CDT Corporate).
* Responsible for Sell out Sales force execution in Retail Channel providing clear commercial on shelf and secondary placement guidelines.
* Develop and integrate into the commercial planning processes the element of the Channels and ultimately publish a Picture of Success for the Category, enabling its implementation (on shelf & secondary placement), continuous review and optimization.
* Generate shopper & business insights leveraging channel and customer data.
* Develop channel solutions and commercially aligned business cases and key initiatives that address the opportunity for future channel growth, leveraging our category strategy.
* Achieve targeted change in shopper behaviour in line with Category and Channel Strategy.
What will make you successful?
* Professional experience in Consumer Health industry with regular interactions with Medical Representatives.
* Cross functional experience with customer, category, marketing and finance teams, with at least 2 out of 5 commercial functional experiences.
* Exhibited strong commercial skills as a master shopper with a deep understanding of market dynamics; consistently drive profitable revenue growth; excel in managing customer relationships; and effectively lead cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
* Proven leadership abilities that inspire and motivate team members, foster their growth through effective coaching and development, and influence others with integrity and courage.
