We operate a hybrid working policy of 3 days on site/2 remote. /p pRotork are deploying D365 globally to all factories and Selling Entities. This is a critical leadership role to ensure the coordination and adoption of a global solution that fits the requirements of the EMEA region /p pbJob Purpose: /b /p pThe D365 Project manager is responsible for ensuring that the D365 FinOps CE solution and associated changes are successfully implemented across Rotork’s factories and selling entities within Italy and Iberia, ensuring that agreed business benefits are realised. /p pWorking with the global deployment team and local factory superusers, SMEs and leadership teams, D365 Project Manager will manage the overall Italy Iberia deployment programme plan, escalating critical issues and risks, identifying resource pinchpoints and managing dependencies within the programme and interdependencies with other projects outside of the programme. The D365 project Manager will be responsible for the plan that ensures business readiness of the entities to adopt the system as well as system design, build and adoption to meet the agreed Go Live date. This role is responsible for the day to day management of a team of superusers and SMEs across the sites. /p pbMain Responsibilities: /b /p ul liOwnership and management of the EMEA Wave 2 deployment plan, ensuring that the plan is delivered on time with associated benefits realised. /li liProvide leadership by building and motivating local and global team members to meet deployment goals /li liDay to day management of EMEA Wave 2 superusers SMEs, and providing assurance that EMEA Wave 2 plan is robust, resourced and achievable. /li liProvide guidance on the Rotork D365 solution to unblock critical tasks /li liEnsure that best practices and lessons learned from previous deployments are understood adopted /li liWork creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence. /li liProvide leadership in managing the change, to local leadership teams dedicated Change Comms resources /li liMonitor, track, and control programme level delivery and work with key stakeholders to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables. /li liIdentify and develop trusted adviser relationships with key global, regional and local stakeholders. /li liLead steering committee gate reviews throughout the project lifecycle to ensure quality of delivery /li liEstablish key performance metrics for the project, and report against those monthly to the Rotork Management Board /li /ul pbQualifications /b /p pbRequired skills and experience: /b /p ul liAt least 5 years’ experience of successfully delivering a multi-location D365 FinOps / CE deployment programme within a manufacturing context, including people, process, and system activities. /li liMust be willing to travel regularly and provide on the ground programme leadership /li liAbility to work effectively within a global matrix organisation, embrace diversity and inspire/influence others to be the best they can be. /li liProven ability to set and maintain direction and hold self and others to account to deliver business outcomes on time and within budget. /li liAbility to communicate clearly and manage change effectively. /li /ul pbRequired Competencies: /b /p ul liAbility to support the creation of a high-performance culture within a systems deployment context. /li liAbility to hold self and others accountable to meet commitments and deliver required business outcomes. /li liAbility to deal with ambiguity. /li liConsistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances. /li liInfluences and resolves complex requirements challenges across the organization. /li liWorks with the wider business to provide insight and feedback on the effectiveness of deployment processes. /li liProficient in Italian/Spanish/English (B1 level or above) /li /ul h3LI-Hybrid /h3 /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
