We are looking for the next Process Improvement Line Leader for our production plant in Melfi (PZ). The role reports to the Plant Production Manager.
Job Purpose
Implement, promote, and encourage a continuous improvement environment within the competence area/line to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in production performance, Quality, Safety, and Environment/Energy. Engage all functions related to production processes and stimulate the involvement of line personnel.
Key Accountabilities
* Act as a change agent by identifying opportunities for improvement through analysis of reporting systems and field evidence, managing teams to define solutions.
* Provide input to planners and shift leaders on projects related to production planning, including line stops, special item production, and testing.
* Contribute to defining the budget concerning Capex, KPIs, Quality, Safety, and Environment, highlighting areas for savings and ensuring economic coverage.
* Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, and Environmental standards, supporting external audits.
* Perform root cause analysis on complaints, non-conformities, and accidents, defining preventive and corrective actions.
* Monitor process KPIs and tools to identify structural issues, recommending adjustments to ensure compliance with product standards.
* Support technological tests by ensuring resources are available during pilot phases.
Key Requirements
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering
* 1-2 years of experience in industrial environments focusing on quality, safety, production, lean, or Six Sigma.
