To support our exciting growth journey, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Team Lead to join our team.
In this role, you will take ownership of our sea freight operations, lead a small team while actively contributing to daily business. Lead and manage daily operations of the Sea Freight department
Ensure full compliance with internal procedures (OPS) and external regulations
Monitor and optimize operational costs while maintaining competitive service levels
Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
Minimum 3+ year experience in freight forwarding (sea freight required)
Hands-on mindset with the ability to lead by example
Flexibility to support operations when needed
Additional certifications (FIATA, customs, Lean/Six Sigma) are a plus
